1. Using OurTrips

You must be 13+ to use OurTrips. Keep your account secure and avoid sharing login credentials. We may update features regularly; continued use means you accept updates.

2. Content you add

You own the content you upload (notes, points, photos). You grant OurTrips a license to host and display that content so the service works for you and collaborators.

• Only upload content you have rights to share.
• Avoid unlawful, hateful, or infringing material.
• Remove content that violates these terms when requested.

3. Privacy

We use your data to provide the service, improve reliability, and support your account. Shared trips or public visibility make content viewable by others. Review what you share before publishing.

4. Service rules

• No reverse engineering, scraping, or automated misuse.
• No interfering with servers or other users.
• Respect rate limits and storage limits.

5. Third-party services

Some features rely on third parties (e.g., map tiles, Google Photos). Their terms apply when you use those features; we are not responsible for their availability or changes.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using OurTrips at any time; deleting your account removes associated personal data where legally permitted.

OurTrips is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some regions do not allow these limits; your rights may vary.

8. Changes to these terms

We will post updates on this page with a new effective date. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
